Job summary

Solaris Health Holdings in Westchester, IL seeks a Sr. Clinical Data Analyst to support data-driven programs and dashboards. The role collaborates with IT and analytics teams to monitor performance, develop reports, and promote self-service analytics for clinical and operational insights.

Requirements include a healthcare analytics background with SQL/Tableau skills, and a focus on data quality, governance and regulatory compliance. Urology experience is preferred and CHDA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare analytics experience preferred.
• Clinical Urology experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare claims and clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Data mining, interpretation and summarization of data.
• Constructs data sets and monitors data quality to ensure integrity.
• Designs and executes clinical data collection and reporting systems.
• Uses Python, R or SQL and BI tools to produce reports, data files and dashboards.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
• Adheres to HIPAA and Solaris Health policies in data handling.
