Job summary

Tendo is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Analyst to transform inpatient documentation into reliable measures and actionable insights. You will build dashboards, support customer engagements, and work with nursing leadership and service lines to reflect bedside realities.

Your role requires deep healthcare data expertise, strong SQL and BI skills, and the ability to translate complex documentation into clear metrics while collaborating across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data analytics within healthcare.
• Degree(s) as listed under Education or relevant work experience with a portfolio of projects.
• Strong BI and SQL skills, including PowerBI and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, data sourcing, cleaning, and QA of data output.
• Build, automate, and maintain data extracts, reports, dashboards, and self-service products.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists on operational improvement opportunities and predictive models.
• Act as single point of contact to support Operations Teams of customers.
• Translate inpatient clinical documentation into defined measures and analytics.
