Cardinal Health seeks a senior Clinical Operations professional to support timely sale, installation, and monitoring of products across multi-site environments in the Upper Midwest. The role requires extensive clinical knowledge, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and ensure patient-centric care.

Ideal candidate will have RN licensure, 6–8 years of related experience, and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel - expect 80% of the time.
• Current RN license required and maintained.
• 6-8 years of experience in a related clinical field.
• Intraoperative nursing experience preferred.
• Operating room management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred.
• Must provide immunization proofs (Hepatitis B, influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; webinar/podcast/article proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cardinal Health brand in and out of channel and increase product penetration.
• Accelerate brand through speaking engagements, CE courses, webinars, and clinical tools.
• Support customers clinically to drive differentiation and efficiency.
• Lead trainings for external/internal customers and develop knowledge tools.
• Participate in program reviews to promote safety, savings and process improvements.
• Engage in regional activities and identify growth opportunities in large accounts.
• Provide clinical support for new product launches and profitability initiatives.
