You will mentor Clinical Consultants, lead on-site and remote education for Physicians, IT/Clinical Systems Administrators, Technologists, Sonographers, and other Operators in the use of Fujifilm’s Medical Informatics.

You will provide clinical consulting for projects including report configuration, workflow analysis, testing, and go-live support for Synapse

Qualifications

• Provides clinical consulting for project execution and go-live support.
• Configures reports, analyzes workflows, and conducts end-to-end testing.
• Delivers remote or onsite training and demonstrates product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Clinical Consultants in clinical product optimization.
• Escalates to resolve technical assessment and workflow issues to maintain product integrity.
• Support sales and field service with customized clinical solutions and equipment demonstrations.
