Job summary

ImmunityBio is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Budget Specialist to develop, deploy, and administer budgets for clinical trial operations and contracts. You will guide clinical operations on site budgeting for ImmunityBio trials and investigator-initiated studies, including negotiations and template development.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations, monitor timelines, and provide analyses on budget trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ progressive experience in budget and contract development.
• 4+ years’ experience in clinical research.
• Knowledge and expertise in budget development and negotiation.
• Experience with contract negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support clinical operations in the site budgeting process for ImmunityBio trials and investigator-initiated trials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and draft SOPs and templates.
• Monitor budget timelines and provide updates to trial stakeholders.
• Perform coverage analysis and budget builds based on CMS policies and local determinations.
• Develop and negotiate study budgets and contracts with Legal, Finance, and Clinical Operations teams.
