Job summary

Global Healthcare Exchange Inc. seeks a Senior Product leader to own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a portfolio of clinical analytics solutions serving hospitals and health systems.

You will partner with engineering, sales, clinical strategy, and customer success to deliver measurable clinical and financial outcomes, acting as the clinical domain authority and aligning cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and is a hands-on leadership position

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare, clinical analytics, and procedural or surgical supply chain data.
• Ability to break complex problems into milestones, tasks, and target dates, while keeping stakeholders accountable.
• Strong communication to translate feedback between clinical, technical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical and technical domain expert for healthcare solutions and support sales conversations.
• Decompose ambiguous clinical analytics problems into milestones and initiatives with accountable owners.
• Define implementation norms with internal operations to shorten time to value for customers.
• Lead engineering, product owners, and sales collaboration to ship high-quality products in complex settings.
• Conduct research with clinicians and procurement leaders to surface customer needs and market gaps.
• Analyze market trends in healthcare analytics and procurement to define strategy.
• Define and communicate product roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Prioritize work with product pods and engineering delivery teams based on demand and impact.
• Develop value propositions and collaborate with marketing on messaging and naming.
• Lead cross-functional rollout and go-to-market for new products and features, including training.
• Build business cases with sales and finance, monitor product success metrics, and adjust strategy.
• Set and evaluate product pricing using established pricing methodologies.
• Navigate internal prioritization processes to advocate for the product.
• Ensure data privacy and security requirements are met in collaboration with legal teams.
