Job summary

Golden Technology is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Affairs to oversee downstream clinical activities, including PSV/FSV and KOL management. You’ll ensure scientific content aligns with clinical strategy and supports education, product launches, and field-based initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in the veterinary industry, with leadership experience and a veterinary degree (DVM/VMD preferred).

Qualifications

• Education: DVM or VMD preferred.
• Minimum of five years of veterinary industry experience, ideally with nutraceutical/pharmaceutical products.
• Minimum of three years of clinical veterinarian experience.
• Must work at Corporate HQ in Lancaster, SC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards for downstream scientific content and CE programs.
• Monitor scientific literature and industry trends to inform content.
• Lead KOL engagement and advisory boards to support education and product awareness.
• Provide clinical and market perspectives for new product development and lifecycle management.
• Lead the FSV organization, align with RSMs, and drive field execution of strategic initiatives.
