Job summary

Contexture is seeking a Senior Client Support Specialist to provide helpdesk and technical support for consumers, participants, and internal partners. The role includes mentoring, cross-department liaison, and balancing operational and project support.

The position is based in Phoenix, AZ with flexible local work-from-home opportunities; requires residency in AZ/CO. The candidate will handle escalation, reporting, and improvements to support workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in technical customer service.
• Experience in operational support of health information technologies and healthcare.
• Strong working knowledge of HDH, Mirth Connect and Connexion.
• BS/BA preferred in IT, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in assigned subject area(s).
• Mentor Client Support Specialists and assist with training.
• Escalate complex tickets to Contexture teams as needed.
• Provide timely responses via email, ticketing system or phone within SLA.
• Generate regular reports for internal and external customers.
