Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to insurance products and services
  • Guide clients through policy-related matters, explaining coverage details, terms, and conditions

  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, documenting all interactions and transactions in the company's systems
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to provide comprehensive support to clients during policy issuance and claims processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Customer Service, or Business Operations preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service
  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
  • Strong customer engagement, consulting, and support skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is a plus
  • Experience in claims case management and claims resolution
