Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect based in the United States, preferably near Knoxville, TN. You will own solution architecture from discovery through design validation and deal progression, collaborating with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills and guiding client decisions.
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• OEM certifications are highly preferred.

You are comfortable owning solution strategy end to end, partnering closely with Account Executives and technical leaders to drive successful deal outcomes. You also take pride in mentoring others, helping elevate technical rigor and consultative skills across the organization.

About The Role

The Senior Client Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities at Myriad360. This role carries full ownership of solution architecture from discovery through design validation and deal progression. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that align with client goals and business priorities. As a senior technical leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to CSAs and engineers across the organization.

Must be based in the United States and reside in Knoxville, TN. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Other responsibilities include:

• Lead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on products
• Assume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
• Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
• Ensure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)
• Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle
• Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling
• Contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources
• Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
• Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions
• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes
• Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas
• Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles
• Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $250,000- $275,000 OTE, (base salary plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
