Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect to guide multi-domain client engagements from strategy to execution. You will partner with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to craft cohesive, scalable solutions that align with client goals and business priorities.

You will act as a trusted advisor, mentor CSAs and engineers, and drive technical escalations during the sales process. Travel up to 40% is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning.
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, BOMs, and SOWs.
• Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Identify and elevate security risks to the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to remediation.

You are comfortable owning solution strategy end to end, partnering closely with Account Executives and technical leaders to drive successful deal outcomes. You also take pride in mentoring others, helping elevate technical rigor and consultative skills across the organization.

The Senior Client Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities at Myriad360. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that align with client goals and business priorities. As a senior technical leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to CSAs and engineers across the organization.

Travel up to 40% may be required.

• Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
• Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)
• Serve as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and elevate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $250,000- $275,000 OTE, (base salary plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission).
