Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in client services within financial services, strong time management, detail-orientation, and the ability to collaborate with Schwab custodians and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–10+ years of client services experience in financial services.
• Experience with Schwab custodian and Salesforce a plus.
• Strong professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management.
• Must live within a 45-minute commute to the Ellicott City/Columbia area, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and private wealth client services.
• Deliver an excellent client experience for high net worth clients and maintain relationships.
• Support Advisors and contribute to growth by addressing client needs.
