Job summary

Coldstream Wealth Management in Bellevue is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead client service for our Bellevue team. You will supervise the client service group, mentor staff, and oversee workflows and internal operations to ensure best practices and a stellar client experience.

The role partners with the Team Lead on strategy, staffing, onboarding, training, and performance coaching, with hybrid work 2-3 days on site and remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 65 license required; FPQP or CFP module recommended or to be obtained within 12 months at Coldstream’s expense.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills.
• Experience with wealth management operations and CRM/tools like Salesforce/eMoney/Tamarac preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client service operations for the wealth management team.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Client Service Associates and Wealth Management Associates.
• Oversee onboarding, workflows, and adherence to best practices; manage capacity and staffing.
