Qualifications

• Series 65 licensing preferred; CFP completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process account openings, funding, deposits, money movements, and paperwork with custodians.
• Lead internal coordination across departments to ensure client tasks and follow-up are completed.
• Prepare client forms and financial reports before meetings and send summaries to clients and advisory teams.
