Job summary

Beacon Pointe Advisors in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional client service and act as a liaison among clients, Wealth Advisors, and custodians. You will support investment management and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, taking ownership of complex service requests from start to finish.

Experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment preferred.
Four-year college degree; degree in Finance/Business/Economics or related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client interactions.
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison among clients, Wealth Advisors, and custodians.
Respond promptly to client requests by phone, email, and other approved methods; provide updates.
Own service requests from initiation to completion (accounts, transfers, money movement, cashiering, maintenance, cost basis).
Monitor custodial alerts; resolve or escalate as needed.
Document inquiries and activity in Salesforce and internal systems.
Maintain organized client records per firm procedures.
Serve as contact for custodians, sub-advisors, 529 providers, and partners.
Meet with Wealth Advisors to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of items.
Assist with client meeting materials and follow-up; complete operational items.
Support recurring compliance duties and client disclosures.
Follow workflows; identify opportunities to improve accuracy and client experience.
Utilize firm technology to work efficiently and reduce errors.
