Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager in Dallas to serve as the primary liaison for Farther advisors and clients, delivering timely responses via email, phone, and other channels. You will assist clients with account openings, transfers, and ongoing tasks.

You will monitor client accounts, address issues proactively, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience function in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to uphold exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of previous work experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
• Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms and CRM systems.
• Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Team player, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
