Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a client-focused Banking Support Associate in Texas to serve as the initial contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs. You will deepen relationships through platform services and assist with self-service or transactional activities, delivering exceptional client care.

You will engage clients via outbound calls and maintain regular follow-up routines, showcasing strong communication, problem-solving, and time management to meet financial needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Experience as RM/ADP RM/CSA I/RMBOS at Bank of America for at least six months in lieu of one year.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.
• Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships.
• Demonstrates passion and drive to improve clients' financial lives.
• Confident in identifying solutions based on client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to engage all clients in-person and by phone.
• Learns and adapts to new information and platforms; handles ambiguity.
• Applies critical thinking and problem-solving to client needs.
• Demonstrates time management and multitasking abilities.
• Notary commission or ability to obtain within months of start.
