Qualifications

• CPA preferred or in progress.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries.
• Prepare monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly financial statements and workpapers.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and analyses.
• Support cash flow tracking and basic forecasting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and timely deliverables.
• Communicate with clients on deliverables and requests.
