Job summary

The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, seeks an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. The candidate should have 2–15 years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions, with exposure to institutional SFR/BTR defense matters including fair housing, state AG investigations, employment, and national compliance.

Admission to the Georgia Bar is required; Alabama is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of experience in commercial litigation and large class actions.
• Experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation.
• Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar; Alabama Bar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
• Demonstrate superior writing, analytical, and communication skills throughout the case lifecycle.
