The role works closely with operational leaders and internal support teams, as well as insurers, administrators, legal advisers, and other external partners.

Candidates in the St. Louis area are preferred. Strong applicants elsewhere in the United States will also be considered, provided they are able to travel periodically.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance coverage, claims administration, litigation, reserves, and resolution strategy
  • Experience overseeing complex, high-exposure, and multi-jurisdictional claims
  • Ability to manage a substantial claims portfolio using structured processes and measurable performance standards
  • A demonstrated record of improving claims procedures, controls, reporting, or operational performance
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
