The role requires 5+ years of estimating in civil/heavy civil work, proficiency with HeavyBid/B2W/Bluebeam/PlanSwift/Excel, and the ability to work with project teams to ensure accurate cost data.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years estimating experience in civil or underground utilities.
• Civil engineering or construction management background a plus.
• Experience with public works bids and prevailing wage.
• Proficient with HeavyBid, B2W, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Excel.

Aufgaben

• Perform take-offs and build cost estimates from labor, equipment, materials.
• Prepare bids for public agencies and utilities.
• Solicit and negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Support project turnover and change orders.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and field teams.
