H&H is seeking a Project Manager to join our Morristown, NJ office. The role involves managing medium-value projects, coordinating design teams, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality and policy standards.

The candidate should bring a BS in Civil Engineering, a NJ-preferred PE license, and 12+ years of engineering experience with a design focus, plus strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license (NJ preferred).
• Minimum twelve years of engineering experience with a focus on design.
• Experience as Project Manager, Project Engineer, Deputy PM, or Design Manager.
• Familiarity with NJDOT/NJTA client base and local projects.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a design team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery for medium value or moderately complex projects.
• Manage project plan and resource requests.
• Supervise and track project deliverables and finances.
• Ensure activities and submissions follow the Quality Management Plan.
• Adhere to firm technical policies in all project activities.
• Supervise the project team.
• Contribute to proposals for opportunities with cost considerations.
• Prepare scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Foster teamwork through assignment and sharing of work.
• Coordinate with other business units for cross-project collaboration.
• Attend project meetings to present aspects of work.
• Engage routinely with clients and stakeholders.
