Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5+ years of municipal engineering experience.
• Experience leading design and construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership to staff.
• Mentor junior engineers and project engineers.
• Coordinate with contractors and government stakeholders.
