Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil infrastructure.
• Experience delivering large-scale capital projects, including single projects exceeding $30M and multi-project programs totaling $100M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of major civil infrastructure projects, from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects with budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, utility providers, regulatory agencies, resort operations, and executive leadership.
• Drive project execution with a focus on safety, quality, environmental compliance, risk management, and fiscal accountability.
• Provide executive-level reporting, strategic recommendations, and leadership throughout project delivery.
• Mentor project teams and foster relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
