Qualifications

• At least twenty (20) years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising engineers and designers.
• Arizona registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering design teams.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and manage contracts and scopes of work.
• Conduct constructability reviews and site evaluations.
