The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Florida, and over 10 years of experience. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience focused on site development and/or municipal infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Florida permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of site development and municipal projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project delivery.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Mentoring experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
