Job summary

Freyer & Laureta, Inc. is an established civil engineering consulting firm serving the Bay Area with offices in Alameda, San Francisco, Cupertino, and Novato, California.

We deliver planning, design, and construction consulting to public and private clients, including municipalities and nonprofits. We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee multi-discipline design projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery from our Alameda office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
• Licensed civil engineer or surveyor
• Minimum 10+ years in civil engineering or surveying
• 3–10 years in client and project management

Responsibilities

• Manage development of multi-discipline engineering construction documents
• Oversee development of mapping documents
• Lead engineers in conceptual and final design
• Prepare technical specifications
• Prepare quantity summaries and cost schedules
• Facilitate client meetings
• Prepare reports and technical drawings
