Job summary
Ecoff Campain & Kay, LLP seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney in Beverly Hills to manage an active caseload from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include discovery, depositions, motions, trial prep, and frequent court appearances with partner supervision.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation and/or labor & employment, strong civil litigation knowledge, excellent written and oral communication, and a proactive, client-focused approach to build lasting attorney-client
Qualifications
- CA Bar admitted attorney in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation and/or labor & employment experience.
- Strong civil litigation knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Proactive, responsive, responsible, accountable.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal support to clients
- Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
- Maintaining positive client relationships
- Preparing legal reports and documents
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Drafting and appearing for law and motion
- Taking and defending depositions
- Client reporting
