Qualifications

• Active California law license is required.

• Experience appearing in court and managing hearings independently.

• Ability to review and sign high volumes of legal documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation hearings and related matters.
• Review, approve, and sign a large volume of pleadings and filings.
• Manage litigation matters in compliance with CA court rules.
• Review discovery materials and determine appropriate actions.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and others.
• Prepare and file required legal documents timely.
• Communicate progress with the Managing Attorney and clients.
• Conduct legal research and evaluate case outcomes.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Assist with client audits and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in debt collection laws.
