Job Description:

Halff has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a background in Land Development for our central Texas region. The candidate will be responsible for projects, work with the team leader in developing plans, specifications, and other contract documents for residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects including paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and related items. The role involves acting as the point of contact for clients, overseeing project design, managing staff, and mentoring less experienced team members. Strong communication skills with support staff, clients, and governmental agencies are essential. The position also includes marketing, project reporting, forecasting, and client invoicing, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed PE in Texas or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
• Preferably 10+ years of Land Development experience
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire and ability to interface with clients
• Strong project management experience
• Civil 3D experience is a plus
