Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in civil/site design and land development.
- Currently located in Tennessee and able to work in CSR offices.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and layout of site plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary projects with architects and contractors.
- Assist in project management tasks including budgeting and scheduling.
