SLR Consulting (US) in Agawam, Massachusetts seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead design and delivery across residential, energy, industrial and municipal projects. You will manage multi-project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a PE license (Massachusetts preferred or reciprocity), 8+ years in civil engineering, and strong land development expertise; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE license; preferably MA, NY or CT or reciprocity.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with land development, site design, stormwater management, and civil infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil design and project delivery for diverse projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
• Prepare drawings, reports, calculations, and permit applications.
• Oversee site development, drainage, and utility design.
• Coordinate with permitting teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Manage subcontractors and external consultants.
