Job summary

Civiltec Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership for civil infrastructure projects across Arizona.

You will lead design, analysis, and project delivery from concept through completion, mentoring teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. The role balances hands-on engineering with project management, client service, and business development in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Current Arizona PE license required.
• 5-10+ years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.
• Experience with civil infrastructure projects (water, utilities, municipal, drainage, site development).
• Strong technical judgment, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design, analysis, and project delivery from concept through completion.
• Prepare and oversee plans, specifications, calculations, reports, estimates, permits, and construction documents.
• Provide technical direction, engineering judgment, and QA/QC for project deliverables.
• Direct AutoCAD Civil 3D design and production efforts, including base mapping and plan preparation for civil projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and sign/seal documents as required.
• Lead and mentor project teams while coordinating with clients, consultants, agencies, utilities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, client coordination, and successful delivery.
• Support proposals, fee development, technical approaches, presentations, and business development activities.
