Qualifications

• Experienced with design, construction and management of land development and/or municipal projects.
• Demonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for various clients.
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout project development.
• Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects.
• Present proposals to clients and select project teams.
