Qualifikationen

• PE license in Washington or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• 10+ years of progressive design experience with site development projects.
• Minimum of five years of progressive and successful project management experience.
• Minimum of two years of business development experience.
• Ability to apply written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop less experienced professionals.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and permit processes.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Flexibility for limited overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.
