Energy Innovation Corp. is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead critical tech initiatives in Waipahu, HI. You will own end-to-end projects, guide teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions while operating under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Judgment seasoned by at least 5 years of real consequences.
• 6+ years steering technology projects end to end.
• 5+ years navigating the politics that technology work attracts.

Responsabilidades

• Catch the AWS regression in staging before it affects Waipahu customers.
• Harden authentication/authorization to ensure HI audit success.
• Write secure, robust integration tests to catch regressions.
• Trace technology components through MongoDB services to ensure correctness.
• Participate in on-call rotations and postmortems.
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster releases.
• Own the senior Agile workstream for the Waipahu roadmap.
