Qualifications

• 7+ years in civil/site engineering for large-scale industrial, power generation, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain it within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own civil site design and Basis of Design (BOD) for BTM power generation facilities.
• Lead land development activities from site feasibility through construction documents.
• Manage civil permitting processes including grading permits and local land use entitlements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated civil design.
• Support site selection activities and engage with local authorities.
