Qualifications
7+ years in civil/site engineering for large-scale industrial, power generation, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain it within 12 months.
Responsibilities
Own civil site design and Basis of Design (BOD) for BTM power generation facilities.
Lead land development activities from site feasibility through construction documents.
Manage civil permitting processes including grading permits and local land use entitlements.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated civil design.
Support site selection activities and engage with local authorities.
