• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• 5–15 years of design experience in aviation, municipal, and/or transportation projects; proficiency in roadways, utilities, site grading, drainage and storm water management.
• Experience leading project teams and managing scopes, schedules, finances, and technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for meetings, client visits, and site assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning for site development and airfield projects.
• Manage projects from concept through construction lifecycle.
• Contribute to rehabilitation and construction of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, roads, and security features.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and planners to serve airports nationwide.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and present to clients or public audiences.
