• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support the growth of an established engineering consulting organization. This role is ideal for a technically strong civil/site engineer looking to expand into client relationship management, project leadership, and business development while continuing to leverage their engineering expertise.

Working remotely from Rhode Island, you will collaborate with internal engineering teams and leadership to support land development projects, build client relationships, and expand the organization’s regional presence.
