Job summary

Airswift is a global workforce solutions provider delivering civil design services in a collaborative engineering environment. The Senior Principal Civil Designer will lead site layout, grading, drainage and sanitary sewer drawing packages, coordinating across disciplines and QA processes.

The role requires MicroStation V8i and AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multi-discipline projects on a hybrid schedule with in-office days in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Experience in site layout design including parking lots, walkways, roadways, grading and drainage.
• Experience in project leadership roles and coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to check civil drawing packages and ensure QA against standards.
• Experience reading supplier drawings, construction specifications and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complete civil design drawing packages.
• Coordinate civil drawings with other engineering disciplines.
• QA design documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support bill of materials preparation and project milestones.
