Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in civil design.
- PE License highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Guide the application of client standards and design codes related to requirements.
- Lead drawing development and CAD-based design tasks.
- Mentor less experienced engineers.
- Lead quality control efforts and mentor others in QA practices.
- Lead client discussions on technical scope.
- Participate in occasional site walks for current projects.
