Kiernan Trebach LLP in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney (VA barred) with 10+ years in civil litigation defense to join our growing team in a hybrid role.

You will defend a range of civil matters including general liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability, handling from inception to trial with independence.

Active Virginia bar required; willingness to waiver to other bars is a plus; firm offers comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• Experience with Insurance Defense clients.
• Experience writing motions, memoranda, summaries of depositions, and trial preparation preferred.
• Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend civil litigation matters including General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Professional Liability in Virginia Beach, VA.
