Job summary

Stantec’s Los Angeles office is seeking a Project Manager for our Civic Architecture studio. The role blends client-facing leadership and team coordination on large civic projects across California.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of professional experience, a degree in architecture, and California licensure or eligibility within one year; DBIA certification is preferred. Travel within the US is occasional.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience on complex civic projects.
• Degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Must be licensed in California or eligible within one year.
• DBIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client.
• Lead and mentor project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Develop project proposals and assist in fee development.
• Understand budgets and jurisdictional requirements.
