Qualifications

• 5+ years of Network Administration and Infrastructure experience
• Minimum 5+ years' experience Citrix XenApp 6.X / 7.X and Citrix XenDesktop 7
• Minimum 5+ years' experience with engineering and administration of remote access gateways covering Citrix, Cisco and Juniper product lines
• Minimum 3+ year experience Citrix Access Gateway/Netscaler
• Knowledge of the farm components: network, storage, server, database
• Experience with DNS and DHCP
• Thorough knowledge of remote access solutions covering IPSec, SSL VPNs
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and AD, SQL Server, Active Directory
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
• Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated, highly complex technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters
• Communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide diagnoses and resolutions
• Interact with customers and team members with strong interpersonal skills
• Work independently and as part of a global team
• Help build and extend the Citrix stack on VMware environments
• Present solutions to business leaders and stakeholders
• Assess environment readiness and plan provisioning services improvements
• Monitor server performance and optimize configurations
• Document training tools and oversee implementation
