Visiting Angels Beaumont is seeking a dedicated Senior Citizen Provider to support seniors in the Golden Triangle area of Southeast Texas. You will become a trusted companion, helping with daily routines, mobility, meals, and personal care in clients' homes.

We offer training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, flexible shifts (full time, part time, various hour options), and benefits such as health/dental/vision, weekly pay, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong ethics and compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with routine exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.

Senior Citizen Provider Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Senior Citizen Provider Requirements
