Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is hiring a Senior Cisco SD-WAN Network Engineer to provide subject matter expertise, leadership, and insight on advanced networking for a Government client. The role focuses on design, testing, deploying, migrating and managing advanced infrastructure solutions and will directly support Ramstein AB, Germany.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 10+ years of hands-on network design and implementation.
• CCNP and IAT II certifications required.
• Secret clearance required.
• DoD experience with WAN routing is valuable.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN and migration.
• Experience with networking and cloud automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python is a bonus.
• Security+ CE or equivalent IAT II certification is required.
• Top Secret clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and build networking solutions and capabilities with our customers.
• Consultatively build technology requirements around mission and business objectives.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize large-scale SD-WAN fabrics using Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN to migrate the customer’s production network (IPv4/IPv6).
• Manage solution deployments adhering to industry best practices and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and customers.
