Job summary

Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Sr SDE – CI/CD & Developer Productivity Engineering to strengthen engineering delivery pipelines, code quality automation, and developer workflows across the Reltio platform.

This hands-on role focuses on Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Argo CD; with emphasis on SonarQube quality checks, Codecov reporting, and reliable governance across teams in a Kubernetes/multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP). The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of software engineering, DevOps, build/release engineering, or developer tooling experience.
• Hands-on ownership or significantly improving CI/CD pipelines used by multiple engineering teams.
• Experience supporting distributed microservices and containerized workloads.
• Experience with Bitbucket/Git workflows and Jenkins pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes deployments and GitOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD workflows with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Argo CD.
• Improve PR validation, build performance, deployment reliability, and pipeline observability.
• Build reusable templates and libraries to standardize engineering workflows.
• Support GitOps deployments, environment configuration, release promotion, and safe rollback.
• Ensure secure management of pipeline credentials and integrations.
• Integrate SonarQube checks into CI and local workflows.
• Integrate Codecov for coverage reporting across repositories.
• Create dashboards and collaborate with QE, DevOps, and security teams.
