Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with current CI Scope polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Native-level Chinese proficiency with ILR/DLPT Level 4.
• 12+ years of relevant experience including work within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reading, writing, and spoken Chinese across intelligence products.
• Provide nuanced cultural analysis of Chinese dynamics to inform decisions.
• Conduct HUMINT research and target analysis on Chinese actors and networks.
• Translate transcripts, video, and audio materials preserving meaning.
