Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on experience servicing large tonnage chillers and HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Proficiency with leading chiller manufacturers (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, McQuay).
• Working knowledge of BAS/BMS systems and digital controls.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers and related HVAC systems.
• Perform precision diagnostics, system optimization, and preventive maintenance.
• Utilize advanced manufacturer-specific software and tools for analysis and calibration.
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams on chiller retrofits, overhauls, and performance upgrades.
• Document service activities, performance metrics, and client communications.
