Job summary

This full-time, on-site position in the Arlington area requires DoD clearance or the ability to obtain one, along with 15+ years of industry experience and strong leadership and communication skills to interface with customers

Qualifications

• 15+ years of applicable industry experience.
• U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or higher, or ability to obtain.
• ABET-accredited degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce prescriptive rules for performing systems engineering.
• Develop system architecture for new and existing systems.
• Developing and documenting engineering processes and training.
• Analyze requirements and allocate to system elements.
• Review test plans and reports.
• Travel to customers or internal locations (>25% travel).
